With the introduction in Europe of the emission standards Euro 4, for manufacturers of heavy-duty Diesel cycle, are required to install the exhaust after-treatment of exhaust gas based on the injection into the exhaust pipe of a chemical reagent called AdBlue, to obtain the lowering of the nitrogen oxides (NOx) .A special probe responsible for the control of the exhaust gas, verification that the conditions for operation of the AdBlue are fulfilled, and notifies the control unit of the SCR need to inject AdBlue in the exhaust pipe. If a fault should arise due to a faulty component of the plant or to the lack of liquid into the tank AdBlue, the vehicle enters the mode for recovery and undergoes a weakening up to 60%.

By installing our new module you can delete the system AdBlue original vehicle: removing three fuses on the vehicle, you get the operation without AdBlue; restoring the fuses in question, it is obtained again the normal operation of AdBlue.
