It is required to send the faulty component complete in all its parts, before the shipment of our overhauled one (without non-return supplement).
Without return faulty spare part
Immediate dispatch of our overhauled product, without the customer's obligation to return the faulty component in his possession, having paid the supplement.
If the faulty component is subsequently sent as returned, the deposit withheld will be credited.
1-Can I not pay for the non-return and deliver my faulty component directly to the courier?
No, we must first receive its component, in order to verify its status and that it is complete with all its parts
2-How can I identify my product to search for it on the site?
Diesel products have an identification plate on the body of the part, for example Bosch spare parts have a 10-digit number (0445____)
All overhauled products have a 12 month warranty.
4-I have the return ready, how can I proceed?
You can proceed to send your return to our workshop through a courier of your choice, alternatively, at the time of purchase, if you choose the "shipping and collection" option, you can request (by email) the service from the our partner courier.
5-In what circumstances can a return be considered non-compliant?
The used product to be resisted must be complete in all its parts and not tampered with (in the event that the component to be returned is incomplete, the cost of the missing spare parts will be charged to the customer at the current price list at the time).
